1. What is a Tile?

A Tile is a small map block (256×256 px) downloaded to compose the complete map you see on the screen.
When a user opens or moves around the map, the application will load multiple tiles depending on screen size, zoom level, and resolution.

2. General Rules of MapVina

MapVina charges directly based on the number of actual Tiles loaded.
For estimation: 1 Map Load = 10 Tiles (standardized across all customers).
Minimum 14-day cache: tiles loaded within 14 days will not be charged again.

3. Reference Conversion Tiles ↔ Map Loads

4. Example

- 100,000 users open the map once per month = 1,000,000 Map Loads.
- 10,000 users open the map 10 times per month = 1,000,000 Map Loads.
- According to MapVina's rule (1 Map Load = 10 Tiles) → 1,000,000 Tiles per month ≈ 100,000 Map Loads.
- MapVina applies a 14-day cache policy.
